We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Goods must be in their original packaging and returned in as new condition. So must be packaged as they have arrived.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item as well as the original delivery cost of between £50-£100 (cost varies depending on the set and delivery location)

Damaged or faulty goods:

  • If there is an issue with a product, i.e. missing fixings or minor QC issue. We reserve the right to rectify the issue if it is possible to rectify (which in most case it is)

  • If we are unable to rectify an issue we would replace the item, or part of the item at our cost.

  • All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods, either by email or telephone call.

Once orders have been dispatched we reserve the right to charge all incurred delivery costs if you cancel prior to delivery. If the delivery is significantly overdue the quoted delivery time, we may refund the delivery cost. This would not apply if the delivery is within 5 days of the quoted delivery timescale.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
